We understand your concern, phosphates can enter the water through many organics that touch the water such as laundry detergent used on swim suits, perfumes, hair products, even some body washes that may be on a bather's skin when entering the tub. Phosphates can cause your sanitizer to work inefficiently which when untreated can cause bacteria to grow in the water. Make sure you are rinsing your filter cartridge every other day or so after you apply the phosphate treatment. If you have any questions during the process please let us know. Have a great day and be sure to bring another sample in within a few weeks.

Tony our installer came today 3-4 months after install to help show us how to clean out our pump and hook our vac up. Free of charge. Showed up less than an hour after we called SAME DAY.

Valley Pools in North Versailles is such a warm and welcoming place. They teach you everything you need to know about the pool chemicals and they only sell you what you need.
